Terms of Service
By using Alabobai, you authorize platform actions based on your instructions and connected tools. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs where required by your internal policies or law.
Service levels and support
- Default service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Published support response targets by plan are operational targets, not guaranteed uptime commitments.
- Enterprise SLA commitments, credits, and custom support terms are only effective when explicitly stated in an executed enterprise order form or addendum.
Limitations of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
- Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, unless different limits are agreed in a signed enterprise agreement.
- Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
