Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This page outlines Alabobai's data processing commitments for customers that require GDPR/enterprise procurement alignment. For executed agreements, email legal@alabobai.com with your company legal entity and billing account details.

Scope and roles

Customer is controller; Alabobai acts as processor for hosted features and as a platform provider for self-hosted/local execution modes.

Subprocessors and transfers

Current subprocessors and regions are listed in the Trust Center. Material changes are announced before taking effect.

Security and incident handling

Encryption in transit and at rest for hosted services, strict access controls, audit logging, and incident disclosure process per Trust Center policy.

Email legal@alabobai.com with subject "DPA Request", legal entity details, and primary signatory contact. Typical turnaround: 3 business days.
